1 Introduction

8 Account Suspension & Closure

3star88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or requests from relevant authorities.

• You may request to close your own account by contacting our support team.
• Before closure, ensure all active rollover requirements have been fulfilled and no bets remain open.
• Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Accounts closed due to Terms violations may not be eligible for a balance refund, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
